Stark Ajans (“we”) operates the website at https://starkajans.com. This page explains which personal data we collect, what we do with it, and the rights you have under the EU GDPR and Turkey's KVKK.

Short version: we collect the minimum data we need to reply to your message, run a private analytics dashboard and — if you consent — operate a chat tool. We never sell data. We never share it with advertisers. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who is behind this site

Stark Ajans is a software studio with offices in İzmir (headquarters), London and San Francisco. The data controller for this website is Stark Ajans, reachable at [email protected].

3. Cookies & tracking

We use a minimal cookie consent banner. Until you accept, no third-party scripts are loaded — no Google Analytics, no Tawk.to chat. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer.

• Strictly necessary: a single cookie storing your consent preference.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (cookieless mode where supported). Disabled until consent.
• Chat: Tawk.to tool cookies. Loaded only after you consent and use the tool.

4. Legal basis

• Contact forms: your consent (you submitted the form to talk to us).
• Analytics / chat: your explicit consent via the banner.
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

5. Who we share with

We use a small number of processors to run the site:

• Vultr (NL, EU) — server hosting.
• Cloudflare (US, with EU data residency) — DNS, edge caching, DDoS protection.
• Google Analytics 4 (US) — anonymized usage metrics, only after consent.
• Tawk.to (US) — live chat, only after consent.
• Email provider for outgoing transactional mail.

We do not sell data. We do not share it with ad networks.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR / KVKK you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Data transfers

Some processors (Google, Tawk.to, Cloudflare) are US-based. For these transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures. Where data can stay in the EU, we keep it there.

8. Children

This site is aimed at business audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practice changes. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Significant changes are flagged with a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
